The DOLLY Slow Clothes Swap is on Sunday 29th September at Lewes Depot!
In celebration, recognition, jubilation, anticipation and all round delight of #sustainablefashionweek 2024, we are hosting a fabulously SLOW clothes swap.
Who’s we? The trifecta of Fashion Collective, Depot, and DOLLY Sustainable Clothing Hub.
What do we mean by Slow? We mean no frenzied rush, no sharp elbows, no grab & snatch. We’ll have timed slots and refresh the swaps at intervals, so there will always be ‘new’ clothes on the rails.
Here’s how it works:
Grab yourself a ticket and choose a time slot
Drop off your swaps at The Studio Room at Depot beforehand if you are coming to the River Blue Screening or bring them with you.
We’ll manage the garments so the rails are replenished constantly throughout the swap.
Like all DOLLY swaps, it’s bring what you can, take what you like.
But this time, slow it down, consider what you want to take, chat to us, get advice on alterations and tweaks.
Have tea or lunch at Depot. Then chat to us some more!
